DALLAS — The second of two suspects accused of performing an illegal and deadly cosmetic injection was arrested Tuesday morning by the U.S. Marshals Task Force.
Alicia Clarke is charged with practicing medicine without a license.
Last week, her alleged partner — Denise Ross — turned herself in and later bonded out of jail.
Warrants were issued for both after the body of 34-year-old Wykesha Reid was found at their Deep Ellum business on February 19. Reid had gone there for injections to increase the size of her posterior.
Bond for Clarke, 32, was set at $25,000.
Police have said that Clarke and Ross could face additional charges in connection with Reid’s death.
